Wine tours in Tenerife: private visits to volcanic wineries
Discover Tenerife through its wineries. We organise private wine tours across the island: guided visits to small family producers, walks through vineyards grown on volcanic soil, tastings led by a sommelier and transport from your accommodation and back. You choose the pace and the area; we take care of everything else.

What a wine tour with us looks like
Every tour is private and built around your group. A typical day starts with a pick up at your villa or hotel, followed by one or two winery visits where you meet the people who actually make the wine. You walk the vineyards, see the cellar and taste the wines where they are born, with a sommelier translating and guiding the tasting so nothing gets lost.
We work with small producers across the island's five Denominations of Origin, many of them not open to the general public. If you want to extend the day, we can add lunch at a winery or at a traditional guachinche, the island's own style of family-run eatery.
Where the tours go
Tenerife packs five wine regions into one island. In the north, Tacoronte-Acentejo and Valle de la Orotava hold the oldest cellars and the famous braided cordon vines. In the west, Ycoden-Daute-Isora produces mineral whites under the cliffs. In the south, Valle de Güímar and Abona climb to the highest vineyards in Europe, above 1,600 metres.
Tell us where you are staying — Costa Adeje, Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz or anywhere else — and we will suggest the route that fits best, with the driving time already taken into account.

Frequently asked questions
Which wineries do we visit?
We work with small, family-run wineries across Tenerife's five Denominations of Origin, from the historic cellars of Tacoronte-Acentejo to high-altitude vineyards in Abona. We choose the wineries together with you based on your taste and where you are staying.

Yes. We organise the whole day for you, including transport from your villa or hotel and back, so everyone in the group can enjoy the tastings without worrying about driving.
How long does a wine tour last?
A typical tour lasts half a day, with one or two winery visits and guided tastings. If you prefer a full day with lunch at a winery or a local guachinche, we can arrange that too.
How many people can join?
Our tours are private, so it is just your group. They work for a couple as well as for families, groups of friends or company teams.
