The Canary Islands are one of the few places on earth untouched by phylloxera. Ungrafted, own-rooted vines still survive here, some over a century old, impossible to find on mainland Europe. Grown on volcanic soil, they produce unique grape varieties like Malvasía Volcánica and Listán, with a mineral character no one else can copy. Wines that were already conquering European tables centuries ago, and today shine again among the most singular on the planet.
Every glass is paired with local cheeses, honeys, jams, nuts and other Canary products that tell their own story alongside the wine. And if you want to take the evening further, a private chef prepares a multi-course dinner, paired glass by glass. Fine dining and great Canary wine, without leaving your villa.

The full experience. A private chef prepares a five-course dinner just for you, paired glass by glass with selected Canary wines. Fine dining and great wine, in your villa or wherever you want.
From €140 per person. Minimum 6 guests.
No problem, we take care of them. While the grown ups discover Canary wines, we prepare a dedicated experience for the little ones with natural juices, fruit and typical island snacks. That way the whole family gets to discover the Canaries through taste, each in their own way.
